Agreement

These terms govern your use of Capely and any purchase you make here. By placing an order, you agree to them. Capely is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios.

What we sell

Capely sells Minecraft cape redemption codes: unique codes that unlock a cosmetic cape on a Minecraft account when redeemed at minecraft.net/redeem. We do not sell Minecraft accounts, Minecraft itself, or any Mojang or Microsoft product. Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time before you complete an order.

Orders and payment

Orders are paid through our payment processor. An order is not confirmed until payment succeeds. You may purchase up to five of the same cape in a single order. We reserve the right to limit, refuse or cancel an order we reasonably believe is fraudulent, made in error, or in breach of these terms, in which case we will refund any payment already taken.

Delivery

Codes are issued automatically, normally within seconds of a successful payment, and are shown to you on the order confirmation page. You are responsible for saving your code, or the link to that page, before closing it. We keep a record of your order against the email address you gave at checkout, so if you lose a code you can contact us and we will look it up.

Redemption

You redeem a code yourself at minecraft.net/redeem, then equip it in your Mojang account settings and, for Bedrock Edition, inside the game as well. We do not redeem codes on your behalf and cannot see or control your Minecraft account. We are not responsible for a code entered incorrectly, an account issue on Mojang's side, or a change Mojang makes to how capes or redemption work.

Refunds and cancellations

A code that has been delivered cannot be un-issued, so delivered codes are non-refundable. If your order has not been delivered yet, contact us as soon as possible and we will cancel and refund it where we are able to. If a code is faulty and will not redeem through no fault of your own, contact us with your order details. We will investigate and, where we cannot resolve it, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site to attempt fraud or chargeback abuse, or to buy codes with stolen payment details. We may refuse service, cancel an order or ban a customer for any of these.

Disclaimer

Codes are sold as is. We check each code before it is listed, but we cannot guarantee Mojang's systems, Mojang's policies, or how long a cape or a redemption process will keep working, because none of that is within our control. We are not liable for changes Mojang or Microsoft make to Minecraft, capes, or account redemption.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the store changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Capely operates. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
